One, of my favourites asked me to be apart of her team.
Singer, Songwriter and heart of gold Candice Sand.
I have had the privilege of working with her on a few of music videos and Miss Canada.
Check out her videos:
coming up with her look: The greatest part about working with an artist who is genuine is that they always want their audience to know that their music makes them feel really good, and that is why they do it. It is not for fame or fortune, but it is the icing on top of the best cake in the world.
Candice, and I talked about her look, other artist have a whole slew of people we need to talk to before creating the looks. With her it was simple: I like my hair like this with this, and I knew she wanted something not over done. Just like her. Her voice, is a blend of all the strong Diva voices, the thing she has in common with them like Alicia Keys is she's so wonderfully kind and generous.
Her look: I always want her eyes to stand out, but never in a smokey way, So I went with my Nars Coppacabbana to help me give everything I put on her glow. Then I relied on the Stila "in the light pallet", Kitten was staple to making her eyes.
Her skin, is naturally very clean and fresh just like her diet, so I didn't have to do much just a little concealing, and powder here and there.
Lips were my favorite: She can wear any color of lipstick:
For I GOT THIS=she is wearing Nars Chelsea Girl
All eye lashes are Shu Uemura and hair products: I rely on Bumble and bumble.
For her hair, I got lucky-shes' got the most perfect amount of hair and it listens. But Spray Demode helps it remember everything that I need it to do.
Go On, was difficult because it was sooo cold and I was afraid of the redness and of ashy looking hands and skin. This is when you rely on your whole team to help keep those eyes on your talent. This team was amazing, and I couldn't of asked for a better group to be freezing with while listening to a great new song.
